I received my Master's
degree in May 2002. I finalized my MFA with the completion of this video
( Pratt Institute/Computer Graphics and Interactive Media ). This 2 minute
movie is my final thesis project, scaled down for internet viewing. Choose
a Modem or DSL/Cable button.
You must have DIVX 5.0+ installed. If you don't,
please visit http://www.divx.com for the video codec. Enjoy!

Goliath is a two minute,
3D animation created with 3DStudio Max, Photoshop and various video editing
software. The audio was done by Chuck Schaefer (www.guavatone.com).
It is a story of man vs. machine, machine vs.
nature. At this point in time, man-created machines have taken on a life
of their own and are using humans as fuel for its own evolution (yes,
it sounds like Matrix, but I created my story well before Matrix was even
announced). The train in the beginning of the movie is moving humans to
the factory to be ground up, packaged into canisters and used as batteries
(hint: look for pink canisters). Nature has been virtually destroyed by
the events (notice the withering plant at the beginning). However, old
Nature has a trick up her sleeve to stop what is happening...
